A review from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Purchaser Defense tested 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 in the UAE and three from Turkey. It found that all 8 samples were being regarded as "faulty". 5 from the solutions sampled contained fats apart from cocoa butter, which is not permitted in merchandise labelled "chocolate" in Germany
